Ingredients
For Chicken:
- 500 g boneless chicken, sliced
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons oil
For Wrap:
- 4 pita breads or tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup garlic sauce or mayonnaise
Making Process – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Marinating the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well so the chicken is fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. This step makes the chicken flavorful and tender.
Step 2: Cooking the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 10–15 minutes. Stir occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly golden.
Step 3: Preparing the Wrap
Place the pita bread on a flat surface. Add lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and cooked chicken in the center. Drizzle garlic sauce on top.
Step 4: Wrapping and Serving
Roll the bread tightly into a wrap. Serve hot with fries or sauce.
