Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter
Making Process – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Preparing the Egg Mixture
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk, salt, and black pepper. Beat well until fully mixed. Add chopped onion, tomato, and bell pepper. Mix gently.
Step 2: Heating the Pan
Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Make sure the oil spreads evenly across the pan.
Step 3: Cooking the Omelette
Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Allow it to cook for about 3–4 minutes. Once the bottom is cooked, flip carefully and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 4: Serving
Remove from the pan and serve hot with bread or toast.
