Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups milk or water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup fruits (banana, apple, or berries)
- 1 tablespoon nuts (optional)
Making Process – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Cooking the Oats
Take a saucepan and add milk or water. Bring it to a boil. Add oats and cook on low heat for about 5–7 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Adding Flavor
Add honey and cinnamon into the oats. Stir well. This gives sweetness and flavor.
Step 3: Adding Fruits and Nuts
Turn off the heat and add fresh fruits and nuts on top. Mix lightly.
Step 4: Serving
Serve warm for a healthy and filling breakfast.
