Ingredients

For Meatballs:

  • 500 g minced beef or chicken

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese cubes

For Pasta and Sauce:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Making Process – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Preparing the Meatballs

Place minced meat into a bowl and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well. Take small portions of meat and place a cheese cube inside each portion. Roll into balls. This creates a cheese-filled center.


Step 2: Cooking the Meatballs

Heat oil in a pan and cook the meatballs for about 10–15 minutes until fully cooked. Turn them occasionally so they cook evenly.


Step 3: Preparing the White Sauce

In a pan, melt butter and add flour. Cook for 1 minute, then slowly add milk while stirring. Add salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce becomes thick and creamy.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add pasta and meatballs into the sauce. Mix gently and cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot.
