  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 kg potatoes, chopped

Making Process – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Preparing the Lamb

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the lamb leg on a tray and pat it dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the lamb. Then rub garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper evenly over the surface. This step helps the flavor penetrate into the meat.


Step 2: Preparing the Vegetables

Place the chopped potatoes around the lamb in the roasting tray. Drizzle a little oil and sprinkle salt over the potatoes. The potatoes will cook together with the lamb and absorb its flavor.


Step 3: Roasting the Lamb

Place the tray in the oven and roast for about 1 hour 30 minutes. During cooking, spoon the juices over the lamb occasionally. This keeps the meat moist and flavorful.
