For the Crust:

  • 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup (113 g) melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the Filling:

  • 4 packages (900 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Making Process – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Preparing the Crust

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into a springform pan firmly. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.


Step 2: Preparing the Cheesecake Filling

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Then add sour cream and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.


Step 3: Pouring and Baking

Pour the filling over the crust evenly. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–55 minutes. The center should be slightly soft.


Step 4: Cooling and Serving

Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. This helps it set properly. Serve chilled.
