Ingredients
- 400 g shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Making Process – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Heating the Oil and Garlic
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced garlic and cook for about 1–2 minutes until lightly golden. This step creates the base flavor.
Step 2: Cooking the Shrimp
Add the shrimp, salt, and chili flakes. Cook for about 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and fully cooked.
Step 3: Adding Lemon and Serving
Add lemon juice and stir well. Remove from heat and serve hot with bread.
