Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Making Process – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Cooking the Potatoes and Onion
Heat olive oil in a pan and add potatoes and onion. Cook slowly for about 15 minutes until soft but not crispy. Stir occasionally to cook evenly.
Step 2: Preparing the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add salt and black pepper. Beat well. Add the cooked potatoes and onion into the eggs and mix gently.
Step 3: Cooking the Tortilla
Pour the mixture into a pan and cook on low heat for about 5–7 minutes. Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 4: Serving
Cut into small pieces and serve warm as tapas.
