Ingredients
- 1 kg ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Making Process – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Preparing the Meat Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, ketchup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. This mixture forms the base of the meatloaf.
Step 2: Shaping the Meatloaf
Place the meat mixture into a baking pan and shape it into a loaf form. Press gently to make it firm and even.
Step 3: Baking the Meatloaf
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about 1 hour. The meat will become fully cooked and flavorful.
Step 4: Resting and Serving
Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
