Ingredients
- 500 g chicken, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Making Process – Step-by-Step
Step 1: Cooking the Chicken
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook for about 7–10 minutes until fully cooked. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
Step 2: Adding Vegetables
Add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables become slightly soft but still fresh.
Step 3: Adding the Sauce
Add soy sauce, honey, and black pepper. Stir well so the chicken is fully coated with the sauce. Cook for another 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 4: Serving
Remove from heat and serve hot with rice or noodles.
