Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Making Process – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Preparing the Tuna Filling

Place the tuna in a bowl. Add avocado, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash and mix everything together until smooth. This creates a creamy and healthy filling.


Step 2: Preparing the Bread

Place the bread slices on a clean surface. Add lettuce leaves on two slices.


Step 3: Assembling the Sandwich

Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the bread slices. Cover with the other bread slices.


Step 4: Serving

Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately. This lunch is quick, healthy, and delicious.
